Choose when a new location becomes active in your app

Before activating a new location:

  • Has the location actually been created?
  • Has your POS been setup?
  • Have you staff been training?

From your Back Office you can Activate (or deactivate) any location in your app.

  1. Log into your Back Office
  2. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner and select Locations
  3. Search for the location
  4. Use the Active toggle (Green means the location is available in the your app)*
  5. Confirm

*If you're looking too remove a location from your app, follow the same steps, but make sure the Active toggle is grey.
