Check-in For A Drink / Coffee

Check-in offers are simple campaigns that require no real overheads and ensure your customers are not only building your database and creating loyalty, but also publicly promoting and recommending your business across their social network.

The first step is do determine a simple reward that will be valued at the same number of points as a customer receives each time they check-in. This should be a direct benefit to start the campaign (i.e complimentary drink) but can then be updated to incentivize spend through a 2 for 1 offer.

i.e Check-in this weekend for a complimentary G&T

Creating this campaign involves two parts:

Creating the Check-in promotion (check-in for 5 points)

  1. Press the 'New Promotion' button
  2. Choose the Promotion type - Actions that reward users with points: Check-in
  3. Select your Businesses Facebook Page 
  4. Set the audience
  5. Set any time / redemption limits (i.e Once per day)
  6. Activate

Creating the Reward promotion (G&T for 5 points)

  1. Press the 'New Promotion' button
  2. Choose the Promotion type - Let customers exchange their points: Redeem an item
  3. Select an item or create a new item including your internal cost of goods and the number of Points required to redeem! Remember, the points should match the number of Points received for the Check-in action above.
  4. Set the audience
  5. Set any time / redemption limits (i.e Once per day)
  6. Activate
