Inviting new user to your Back Office

Tidy Office enables you to invite as many users as you would like, so all of your Team can log in as required. To invite a new user:

  1. Tap the menu icon in the top right and select 'Manage people'
  2. Tap '+' icon that
  3. Enter the new users email address
  4. Send Invite

The user will revise an email invitation to your Tidy Office. If they do not see the email invitation please have them search their inbox for the following:

From: Tidy <>
Subject: Tidy: (yourbusinessname)

* Remember to advise them to check their spam folder

Also, there are 2 types of user:

  • Administrator: Can access all features and sections Tidy Office and can invite new users
  • Regular: Can access most features and sections Tidy Office

If your business includes multiple locations only an Administrator user will be able to use the 'Broadcast' feature to send your customers App Notifications. This is important so as to not spam customer with excessive push notifications.
