When a customer buy's a promotion in-app or exchanges reward points for a promotion in-app this is considered a 'Redemption'. From there, a customer can use the promotion immediately, 'Use it Now', or add it to their saved offers, 'Save it for Later'.
Once a customer has presented their phone to your staff in-store and has received their promotion, this is considered a 'Collection'.
To access both the 'Redemption Report' and 'Collection Report' please login into Tidy Office (https://manage.mytidyapp.com/#/login) and then tap the menu in the top left hand corner.
